Mr. Larry Lee Carter  Age: 73

Of:  Waverly, TN, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2023, at Camden Healthcare & Rehab Center. He was born July 24, 1949, in Effingham, IL. Larry served in the United States Air Force and retired from Illinois Central Gulf after working as a Railroad Mechanic. He loved NASCAR and spending time with his family.  

Mr. Carter’s wishes were to be cremated.
