Betty Royce Neal Maynard, age 87, of Bon Aqua, TN, was born February 14, 1939, in Buffalo Valley, TN, to Monroe and Edith Neal. She graduated from Donelson High School and soon after married her high school sweetheart, William Kenneth Maynard. They were married for 65 years until Ken passed away in 2022.
She was a lifelong Christian who loved the Lord. She and Ken attended Charlotte Fagan Community Church in recent years and enjoyed worshiping and fellowshipping with their many friends there. She loved her family deeply and showed her love by cooking countless southern meals for them. She was an avid reader and loved working crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Her favorite moments were spent sitting on her back porch with Ken, enjoying the trees and wildlife on their farm.
