Mr. Percy James Coleman, age 69

Of Waverly, TN, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Ascension St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. Percy was born July 16, 1955, in Waverly, TN, to his father, Percy Jones Coleman, Jr., affectionately known as P.J., and his mother, Emma Lucile Turner Coleman. Percy was known for his love of drag racing and basketball.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until service time at Humphreys County Funeral Home

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Burns, Sr. officiating.

Interment will follow in Coleman Cemetery.
