Lisa Renee Gordon, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 62. Born on April 17, 1963, in Lobelville, Tennessee, to John and Uvajean Garner, Lisa was a vibrant spirit whose joy for life touched all who crossed her path.

Lisa was known for her infectious laughter and her love of life’s simple pleasures. She cherished moments spent with her husband, daughters, and especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Her home was often filled with love, laughter, and the delicious aromas of her favorite meals, as she took great delight in cooking for family and friends.

A woman of many passions, Lisa had a flair for celebrating beauty in her surroundings. She enjoyed gardening and decorating her porch, turning her home into a warm welcome for all who visited. Shopping was another of her favored pastimes, where she loved to explore and select unique pieces of jewelry that reflected her personality.

Lisa found immense joy in music, particularly drawn to the heartfelt sounds of her favorite country artist, Jason Aldean. Concerts were a source of joy for Lisa; she loved the thrill of live performances, where she could lose herself in the rhythm of the music and the energy of the crowd.

Her faith played a significant role in her life, attending The Well Church in Hurricane Mills, where she nurtured her spirituality and formed lasting friendships within her community. Lisa's love and kindness radiated, leaving a lasting impression on those she knew.

Lisa's legacy will continue to shine through her loving husband, her devoted daughters, her cherished fur baby, and her adored grandchildren, who will carry forth her warmth and spirit in their hearts.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 4:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. and continue Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until service time at Humphreys County Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 2:00p.m. in the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home; Pastor Alinda Bohanon will be officiating the service.
