Shelby Cisco, age 82, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025. A devoted and loving mother, Shelby is now reunited in Heaven with her three sons Ronnie, Keith, and Mike who were the pride and joy of her life and whom she missed dearly.
Shelby was the very definition of what a mother should be: nurturing, protective, and endlessly selfless. She was the rock of her family strong-willed, dependable, and full of grace in the face of life's hardships. Her heart was always open, and her care extended far beyond her own home to anyone in need.
Shelby had a lifelong love for country music, especially the sincere and simple songs of Joey & Rory, which mirrored the way she lived honest, strong, and full of heart. She drove a school bus for more than 20 years, taking pride in the responsibility and routine, and also worked as a beautician, a role that let her connect with people and care for them.
Shelby will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love, strength, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. She is finally at peace, surrounded once more by her beloved boys.
