She enjoyed cooking for Meals on Wheels and spending time with her grandchildren. Along with her late husband Buford, she owned and operated Warf’s Café in White Bluff for 25 years. Visitation: will be held 4:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday, April 14 and 12:00 – 2:00 pm Friday, April 15 at Spann Funeral Home Funeral Services: for Mrs. Jo Ella Warf will be conducted at 2:00 pm Friday April 15, 2022, from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Daniel Cauthern officiating.
