Stephanie Anne Criner, of Dickson, passed away peacefully at her home on October 28, 2025, at the age of 62. Born in 1963, in Orlando, Florida, Stephanie lived a life filled with love, compassion, and dedication.
Stephanie was a proud graduate of Osceola High School and spent 25 years as a dedicated Sales Associate for Target. Her commitment to her work and her warm spirit endeared her to both colleagues and customers alike.
Throughout her life, Stephanie had a profound love for her animals, often finding joy and companionship in their presence. She was known for her nurturing nature and her willingness to help those around her, embodying the values of compassion that she held dear.
A devout member of her local Episcopal Church, Stephanie found solace and community within her faith. Her commitment to her beliefs and her church family was evident in all aspects of her life.
Stephanie is survived by her loving mother, Vera Williams of Dickson, TN; her sisters, Jodi Criner of Dickson, TN, and Natalya Kesler (Jay) of Charlotte, TN; her nephews, Lee Shoaf (Rachel) of Belleview, TN, Jason Sijelmassi of Dickson, TN, and Jon Luke Kesler of Vanleer, TN.
She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph A. Crider, who remains in the hearts and memories of those who loved them both.
Stephanie Anne Criner will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, loving nature, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends. Her loss leaves a void in the lives of many, but her legacy of kindness and her commitment to her passions will endure in the hearts of all who knew her.
A memorial service for the family will be scheduled at a later date.
