Shane Lamar Smith Age: 35 Of: Burns, Tennessee Died: Sunday, June 5, 2022, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. He was born June 28, 1986, in Burlington, IA. Shane loved skateboarding, playing drums, and working on whatever he could get his hands on. Shane was the recipient of a soccer scholarship to Trevecca out of high school and also made the Dean’s list several times at ITT tech where he attended as well. Shane had a wonderful sense of humor. He was easy to laugh with, kind, and had a humbleness to him. Shane and Shana spent 12 wonderful years together and have a beautiful son, Silas, whom he adored. Visitation: with the family will be held from 11-3:00 p.m. Saturday June 11, 2022 at the Spann Funeral Home.
