Sandra Jane Reed Age: 81 was born on October 15, 1942, in Davidson County, left this world on September 1, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. A beloved member of her community and cherished friend to many, Sandra’s life was a tapestry woven with compassion, kindness, and unwavering faith. 

 An avid reader, Sandra found joy and solace within the pages of countless books. Each novel was a gateway to new worlds, characters, and lessons, further enriching her soul and often shared with friends and family during quiet evenings. She had a particular talent for crossword puzzles, which she approached with a playful curiosity and a sharp wit, bringing smiles and laughter to those lucky enough to join her. 

 As we remember Sandra Jane Reed, we celebrate a life well-lived—a life filled with faith, literature, and the quiet joy of a well-placed answer in a crossword puzzle. Her spirit will forever linger in the hearts of those she touched, a gentle reminder to cherish every moment and hold dear the connections we share. 

 Visitation: will be 10 – 11 Wednesday September 4, 2024, at the Spann Funeral Home.

 Funeral Service: Sandra Jane Reed will be conducted at 11 am Wednesday September 4, 2024, from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Wright officiating.

 Interment: in the Union Cemetery
