Phillip “Phil” Myatt, 73, passed away on January 5, 2026. Phil was born on September 5, 1951, and spent his life working hard, caring for his family, and enjoying the simple things he loved most.
He was an outdoorsman at heart and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Whether it was a quiet morning in the woods or time on the water, those moments brought him happiness and peace.
Phil loved his family deeply and was proud of them. He will be remembered as a steady, reliable presence who was always willing to help and do what needed to be done.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Visitation: will begin on Friday, January 09, 2026 from 2 – 6 PM, and will continue on Saturday, January 10, 2025 from 10:00 AM – until time of services at Spann Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Dennie Boren officiating.
Interment: will follow at Chappell Cemetery
