Mildred Dowdy Edgin

Mildred Dowdy Edgin Age: 82

Of: Charlotte, TN Passed Away: on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Mildred was always on the move, a vibrant force whose days were filled with purposeful activity and boundless love for those around her. Whether bustling through her kitchen or tending to the needs of family and friends, she embraced every moment with a zeal that defined her very essence. Her nickname, "Go Go Granny," was not given lightly, as she was a whirlwind of kindness and determination, never one to sit still when there was life to be lived fully.

Her love of cooking was more than a hobby; it was her language of affection and care. Through the meals she lovingly prepared, Mildred nourished both body and soul, creating cherished memories around countless tables where laughter and stories flowed just as freely as the food.
