Maxine Maly Williams

Maxine Jane Maly Williams Age: 87 born March 27, 1939, passed away on September 19, 2026, with her family by her side.

Maxine will be remembered as a woman of faith, dedication, and warmth whose life was centered on serving others and loving her family and friends well. A lifelong beautician, she spent many years helping others look and feel their best, and she was the owner of Williams Beauty Salon for more than 30 years. Through her work, she built lasting connections and became a familiar and cherished presence to many.

She was a member of Sylvia Baptist Church, where her faith was an important part of her life. Beyond her work and church, Maxine found joy in simple and meaningful pleasures. She loved watching the Tennessee Titans and the Vols play football, and she especially loved cooking for her family and friends, sharing meals as an expression of her care, generosity, and love.

Those who knew Maxine will remember her for the comfort she brought to others, the pride she took in her work, and the happiness she found in time spent with the people she loved. Her life was one of devotion, fellowship, and heartfelt kindness, and her memory will remain dear to all who had the blessing of knowing her.
