Martha Smith

Martha Smith, a devoted wife, passed away on June 15, 2024. Her life was a testament to enduring love, and the joy of shared hobbies. 

Martha was a woman of remarkable character, whose love for her husband was the cornerstone of her life. They shared many memorable experiences together, especially in the great outdoors. Camping under the stars and sailing on serene waters were among their most cherished activities. Martha was also excellent at crocheting. These passions, shared and individual, were the threads that wove the tapestry of her life.

Interment will follow at a later date at Abita Springs Cemetery in Abita Springs, LA.

Daughter: Michelle Moreland (Monty) of Cumberland Furnace, TN 

Brother: Michael Roger of Louisiana 

Grandchildren: Krystal, Simon, and James 

Great Grandchildren: Hazel, and Zander 

As well as several nieces and nephews.
