Lori Frances Church, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on June 29, 2024. Lori was born on May 5, 1969, in Flint, Michigan, to Larry and Judith Moody. She later set roots in Dickson, Tennessee, where she made a loving home for her family. 

Lori was a steady rock, a reliable presence in both her personal and professional life. She devoted her career to the food service industry, working diligently as a restaurant manager, a store manager, and even as the manager of her own home. Her strong work ethic was admired by all those who worked alongside her, yet she always maintained a balance, ensuring her family felt loved and cared for.

A woman of many passions, Lori found joy in life's simple pleasures. She relished in the quiet moments spent sipping coffee, her hands always busy, crocheting or knitting intricate designs. She cherished time spent in her garden, nurturing plants with the same love and care she gave her family. Her love extended to all creatures, especially her beloved dogs and cats whom she treated with unparalleled affection.  And who can forget that she was an enduring fan of Elvis? 

Lori's heart was happiest when surrounded by her family. She had a special bond with her grandchildren, whose lives were enriched by her wisdom and unconditional love. Her laughter was contagious, and her presence was comforting. Lori was the glue that held her family together, her love was the thread that wove them closer.
