Linda Surratt, age 82, of Dickson, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026.
Born on April 27, 1944, Linda lived a life filled with faith, kindness, creativity, and simple joys. She was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church in Dickson, where she found strength in her faith and fellowship with her church family.
Linda had a gifted talent for creating beautiful things with her hands. She enjoyed cross-stitching and crocheting, often sharing her creations with family and friends as expressions of her love. She was an avid reader who could often be found enjoying a good book. Linda also had a special fondness for cardinals, finding comfort and beauty in the vibrant birds that frequently visited her surroundings.
A devoted fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, she faithfully followed her favorite baseball team throughout the years and enjoyed cheering them on each season.
Linda will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her caring heart, and the love she shared with those around her. Her family and friends will cherish the many memories she leaves behind and find comfort in knowing that her legacy of faith and love will continue through all who knew her.
Visitation: will be on Tuesday, June 09, 2026 from 4 – 8 PM, and will continue on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from 8:30 AM – until time of service at Spann Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: will begin at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Clint Adams officiating.
Interment: will follow at Dickson County Memorial Gardens.
