Lena Bell Lomax

Lena Lomax, 80, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on May 28,1945, Lena lived a life defined by kindness, strength, and deep devotion to those she loved. A proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, her greatest joy was found in her family. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her legacy of love will live on through them.

Lena had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her beloved dogs and cats, who were constant companions and sources of joy. Known for her strong work ethic, independence, and determined spirit, Lena approached life with the heart of a go-getter—always dedicated and resilient no matter the challenge.

In her quiet moments, she enjoyed working puzzles, watching the ID Channel (always ready to be her own detective), tending to her flowers, and savoring her favorite cup of coffee. These small joys reflected her thoughtful, curious, and caring nature.

She will be remembered as a kind, loving, and remarkable woman whose strength and warmth touched everyone who knew her.

Lena’s life is a beautiful reminder of devotion to family, love for animals, and the importance of living with both determination and compassion. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever bring comfort to the many lives she enriched.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
