Mr. Harlan Ray “Kit” Carson, age: 91 Of: McEwen, TN Died: Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born August 16, 1929 in Iowa. Mr. Carson served in the United States Air Force, was a 50-year member of the McEwen Masonic Lodge and served 2 terms as a County Commissioner. He also worked as a private pilot for 5 years in the mid 1960’s; during that time, he restored 2 planes. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until service time Friday, November 20th at Humphreys County Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mr. Kit Carson will be conducted at 1:00pm Friday, November 20, 2020 in the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Bro. Joel Nulty and Gary Conn officiating. Interment will follow in Mathews Cemetery.
