Mrs. New was born June 30, 1937 in Piddock, GA Mrs. Frances was an outdoor person, loving camping traveling, fishing, flowers, birdwatching, and cooking, but most of all she loved her family and friends. She was a member of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. Memorial Service: will be conducted 11:00 a.m. May 8, 2021 from the chapel of the Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Butch Smith officiating.
