Mrs. Neeley loved the river, riding on her boat, cooking, playing cards and dancing. She was a people person who loved and was very devoted to her family. She was a member of the Little Rock Church of Christ. Visitation: 1-8:00 Wednesday, August 11, 2021, 12-8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 12, 2021 and Friday 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Funeral Service: will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday August 13, 2021 from the Chapel of the Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Rick Warren.
