Delores Annette Story

Delores Annette Story, age 66, of Charlotte, TN, passed away October 21, 2022, at Horizon Medical Center.  She was born July 16, 1956, in Dickson, TN to the late Joe David and Evelyn Phelps Adams.  Delores was a member of the Sylvia Baptist Church.  She enjoyed crocheting and fishing. She loves taking care of critters and her dog, Buddy.

It was Mrs. Story’s wishes to be cremated.
