SFC Carl W. Brown, age: 87 Of: New Johnsonville, TN Died: January 24, 2022 at his home. He was born January 17, 1935 in Waverly, TN. SFC Brown retired from the United States Army after one tour in Korea and 2 tours in Vietnam during which he earned the Bronze Star. After his retirement, he went to work for TVA. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and hunting. Graveside Services for SFC Brown will be conducted at 2:00pm Saturday, February 19, 2022 in the Taylor Town Cemetery with Bro. William Brown officiating. Interment of cremains will follow.
