Mr. Harrell was an original member of the Dickson Fire Department, retiring after 27 years of service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Visitation: will be held 4:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 9 and 10:00 – 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 10 at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service: for Mr. Billy Lonzo Harrell will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 10 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Brother Randy Franklin officiating.
