Barbara Fay Neblett, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Born on September 22, 1947, Fay was a woman full of life, laughter, and conversation. She never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone she met. Her outspoken personality and warm spirit made her unforgettable to all who knew her.
Fay enjoyed watching sports, traveling, and simply having fun and making memories with those she loved. Above all else, she cherished her family and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and pride.
She was a Christian woman whose faith was an important part of her life and the way she cared for others.
Fay will be remembered for her vibrant personality, her love for people, and the lasting impact she made on the lives of her family and friends. Her memory will continue to live on through the many conversations, laughter, and love she shared throughout her life.
Visitation: will begin on Friday, May 22, 2026 from 11 – 8 PM, and will continue on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 11:00 AM – until time of service at Spann Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: will begin at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Hagler and Jessie Hood officiating.
Interment: will follow at Union Cemetery
