Barbara Wehlan Miller Age: 60 Of: White Bluff, TN Died: Friday November 29, 2018 at Horizon Medical Center. Mrs. Miller was born in Stuttgart, Germany and holds the Master’s Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music and was a freelance Harp player. She was a member of the Dickson First Baptist Church were she sang in the Choir and played bells. She loved being a Mom and volunteering for the Creekwood ROTC program. Visitation: Memorial Service: for Mrs. Barbara Miller will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday December 15, 2018 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home.
