Ashley Dawn Evans, age 41, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026.
Ashley was born on August 22, 1984, and lived a life defined by compassion, kindness, and a genuine desire to care for others. Selfless by nature, she found joy in helping those around her and was always willing to put the needs of others before her own. Her caring spirit touched countless lives, both personally and professionally, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Throughout her career, Ashley dedicated herself to serving others. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at NHC and later as a Developmental Technician and Home Health Aide, providing care and support to individuals throughout the community. She approached each role with patience, empathy, and a servant's heart, treating those in her care with dignity, respect, and genuine love.
Above all else, Ashley's greatest joy was her family. She absolutely adored her grandchildren, who lovingly knew her as "Nana." Whether spending time together, sharing laughter, or simply being present in their lives, her grandchildren were the light of her world. The love she poured into her family was evident in everything she did, and the memories she created with them will be treasured forever.
Ashley will be remembered for her gentle heart, unwavering generosity, and the countless acts of kindness she showed throughout her life. Her legacy of love, compassion, and selfless service will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
