William Clyde Sweney Age: 90 Of: Dickson, TN Died: December 12, 2017 An owner/operator with wife Marilyn, of Sweney’s Llama Alpaca Ranch went to heaven December 12, 2017. He and his wife Marilyn began Sweney’s Alpaca Ranch in 1976 at their Illinois grain farm. They started Llama Shows at local fairs which lead to Illinois state fair. The Illinois Llama Club was formed at that time. In 1998 they moved to Dickson, TN .and continued with the Llamas and Alpacas. Mr. Sweney enjoyed and was a champion water skier.
