Walter "Rooster" Lewis Age 74 of Charlotte, TN. died November 9, 2014 at Vanderbilt Hospital. Visitation: 4-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 11, 2014 and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Funeral Services for Mr. "Rooster: Lewis will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Cranfield officiating. After Funeral Services Mr. Lewis's wishes were to be cremated. Survivors: Wife: Anita Lewis of Charlotte, TN. 4 Sons: William Scott Lewis (Angela) of Columbia, TN. Charles Walter Lewis (Brandy) of Dickson, TN. Joshua Kelly (Jodi) of Lebanon, TN. Patrick Keith Lewis (Colleen) of Charlotte, TN. 1 Daughter: Tammy Lynn Lewis of Hendersonville, TN. 1 Brother: Clay Lewis (Joyce) of Dickson, TN. Grandchildren: Michael, Paul, Abigail, Emily Grace, Terri, Sarah, Levi, Caleb, Anna Claire, Scarlett, Lindsay, & Harold Wayne.
