Mrs. Lillian A. Wolfslau, age: 88 Of: Kyle, TX, formerly of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away peacefully with her family at her bedside on Friday, April 21, 2017. Lillian was born in Hustburg, TN to Gracial and Eunice Damesworth on June 11, 1928. She moved to Clayton, Missouri where she met the love of her life, Richard Wolfslau. They married on May 6, 1966 in Missouri. Every year at their anniversary, Lillian and Richard would visit the place they married; the Bagnell Dam and stay at the Joyce Motel. Lillian was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family dearly and loved her Lord. Her favorite color was yellow, and she enjoyed spending her free time sewing quilts and always had a quilt made for everyone. Her grandchildren always knew her by her sewing and special love she shared by her quilts. She enjoyed working with crafts and working with her hands and even enjoyed the outdoors with camping trips. She loved animals; especially her little dog Sunny. Lillian called Sunny “the sunshine of her life”. Lillian and Richard shared a good life together. Graveside Services: for Mrs. Wolfslau will be conducted at 10:00am Thursday, April 27th at Ebenezer Cemetery with Rev. Tom Gibson officiating. Interment: will follow.
