Age: 76, of: Waverly, TN Died: Monday, September 19, 2016 at Waverly Health Care. Mr. Miller was born March 23, 1940 in Alton, Ill. He was an Army Veteran, member of the American Legion and served as Police Commissioner for 35 years. Mr. Miller’s wishes were to be cremated. Memorial Services: will be held at a later date.
