James "Jim" Greer Southerland age 76 of Dickson, TN died Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at his home. Mr. Southerland was a deacon at the Waverly Church of Christ for 52 years and was a current member of the Walnut Street Church of Christ. He was in the insurance business for 50+ years, past president of the Exchange Club where he was a member for 46+ years and was an Army Veteran. Visitation: 4-8:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 and Saturday 11:00 a.m. until time of service at Spann Funeral Home. Funeral Service: for Mr. Jim Greer Southerland will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 from the chapel of Spann Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Baggett officiating.
