James Lindy Tucker

Mr. James Lindy Tucker, age: 90 Of: McEwen, TN Died: Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Centennial Medical Center. He was born September 4, 1926 in Gallatin, TN. Mr. Tucker was a WWII Army Veteran. After his enlistment in the service, he worked as a Truck Driver then later a Farmer. Mr. Tucker was a Teamster Member for 20 years. He was also a Board Member of the Farm Service Agency and former member of the National Farmers Organization. Visitation: will be from 4:00 – 8:00pm Tuesday, March 7th at the Humphreys County Funeral Home. Mr. Tucker’s wishes were for cremation. Graveside services: for Mr. Tucker will be conducted at 1:00pm Saturday, March 25th in the Dotson-Tucker Cemetery in McEwen with Willie Newby and David Brink officiating.
