Mr. James Manley, age: 74 Of: Hurricane Mills, TN Died: Thursday, August 10, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. He was born September 17, 1942 in Franklin, New Hampshire. Mr. Manley was a member of River Lake Baptist Church. Mr. Manley’s wishes were to be cremated.
