Age: 31, of: Waverly, TN Died: Thursday, May 26, 2016 in Illinois. He was born November 1, 1984 in LaCrosse, WI. Mr. Kotlarz attended Compassion Church and volunteered with 615 Homeless Ministries. He enjoyed many hobbies including preaching the Gospel, skiing, water skiing, cliff diving, basketball, camping, fishing and Frisbee golf. The family’s wishes were for cremation. Memorial Services: for Mr. Collin Kotlarz will be conducted at 2:00pm Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Compassion Church with Pastor Matt Wade officiating.
